After RCSC Law was promulgated, the Chinese Red Cross Statute have been amended twice at the sixth and the seventh RCSC national congress. Red Cross at all levels have established their council of directors. With the progress of management restructuring, Red Cross at all levels established offices and recruited full-time staff.
By the end of 2002, RCSC has 4,600 full-time staff and 66 grass-roots organizations, 100 corporate members and 7,500,000 individual members, and 310,000 volunteers. Through training，RCSC has more professional human resources. Members and volunteers are also playing an important role in RCSC work.
