１．The Second Township Clinic by JRCS donation has finished in Sichuan.

・The reconstruction project of Xingfu Township Clinic has started since August 2009. Through nearly one year period, it has finished successfully, and handover ceremony cerebrated on July 14 and started its operation from July 22.
・Xingfu Township locates rural, mountainous area in Santai County, Mianyang, Sichuan. An elementary school and a junior high school of this town are now under construction. Thus this clinic is firstly finished in public facilities and made as a milestone of recovery progress.
j just finished Inpatient Building of Xingfu Township Clinic. Since the institution of the transitional hospital after EQ was insufficient, the birth delivery was impossible in it. However it is possible to cover here from now on.
２．Another clinic in Youxian County, Mianyang has finally started its reconstruction.
Youxian County, Mianyang, Sichuan
It was decided early that Zhongxing Township Central Clinic which the town is the area whose damage was serious also in Youxian District, will also move a place and be rebuilt. However, since the reconstruction scale of the hospital is large and all cannot be covered only with the JRCS support, the World Bank loan will be taken out. The procedure was completed at last. And reconstruction has started in this July. But the reconstruction project requires the period of more than one year after now. Since the main institution collapsed by EQ, the space which the clinic uses now is restricted. Therefore, some types of medical checking must still use a tent. The life in temporary prefabricated houses of staff members will continue, too.↑It is more than two years after the earthquake disaster. But it is only start point for revival for this clinic. “Although it cannot say that the present environment is good to be sure, we feel we were lucky to get support of the Japanese Red Cross Society and the World Bank. And we must do our best to mean the expectation of people in this area.” Mr GAO Qidong, the Director of this Clinic（Second right of the second line）, said to me.
３．Progressing reconstruction of Village Health Stations
< Youxian County, Mianyang, Sichuan>
・JRCS supports 28 Village health stations in this county. Most of these health stations would be reconstructed with village communist committee and village activity center. Reconstruction cannot be begun unless all budgets are secured. That is why many recovery projects of village health station have not got started early. From around May this year, construction still started one after another at last. Some institutions are already completed.

４．Very soon that the new classrooms are used by beneficiaries.

Yuhong Elementary School’s reconstruction is totally covered by JRCS support. It is last July that the reconstruction was started. Now the building was done mostly. Students can learn in a new classroom at the next school term in September.
Two elementary schools contiguous to this elementary school also suffered a great deal of damage. Then, in order to save the whole reconstruction cost, the student of one elementary school which remains is to rebuild Yuhong School and another elementary school, and to be included in either of the two rebuilt. However, since reconstruction of another elementary school is behind, the student who wishes the entrance and admission from new school term to Yuhong Elementary School is increasing rapidly. Mr. ZHU Dian, principal of Yuhong Elementary School, said "Am extremely busy with the management of the increase in the number of students every day." with joy.

５．Additional support for school reconstruction in Gansu and Shaanxi
JRCS decided additional support for 3 schools in Gansu and 1 school in Shaanxi. These schools could not get donation even after two years from disaster. On this result, JRCS supports total 30 numbers of schools in 3 provinces including Sichuan.
